The International Rogaining Federation Council has decided that for the remainder of 2026, individual competitors from the countries of Russia and Belarus may compete in IRF endorsed events but MUST NOT display any form of country recognition (for example, flags and other insignia) and must be recognised as neutral athletes in results.
